We really can put any stone in the center of a pentagram. We use a 10 point for the extra small, a 15 point for the small, a 25 point for the small+ and a 33 point for the medium, SI1 (eye clean face up, slightly included with white inclusions close to the girdle visible under a 10 power loupe), round brilliant, good cut, Color G diamond in our pentagrams. We use only diamonds that are certified conflict free. You can email us for more info about getting this piece - or just go ahead and order it! We will give you the best diamond you can afford.
