| The omega is the last letter of the Greek alphabet, a long o. As such, the letter has come to mean the end, the apocalypse, or a symbol that refers to completion. In Christianity Jesus Christ referred to himself as the Alpha (the first letter of the alphabet) and the Omega (the last), asserting perfection, completion, and inclusiveness.
